iTELONLINE stands behind the quality products that we sell.


Unless otherwise specified, all equipment sold by iTELONLINE is protected by a 2 Year Warranty.  Our warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, lightning, electrical  fault, accident, or if the equipment is modified or altered.   


We offer returns on all unopened merchandise which is in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded the total sales amount, less the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be as received, packed in its original box with all original packaging material. Returned items must include all accessories that came with the item.

Damaged Items or Order Discrepancies

If you have received a damaged item or if there was an order discrepancy (eg: you were shipped the wrong item), you may request a refund or exchange within three business days of delivery. You must contact iTELONLINE by telephone 1-800-486-7442 to report this problem. iTELONLINE will not be responsible for nor will we issue a refund or exchange if we are not notified within 3 business days.

When returning items resulting from iTELONLINE errors, you will be refunded your total sales amount including your original shipping costs and restocking fees will be waived.  We will arrange pickup of your items via UPS and will issue the refund after inspection of the returned items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before shipping your return back to us you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain an RMA # please contact our customer service department at: 1-800-486-7442. You will only be given an RMA # if your return qualifies as per our return policies.

If items are returned to iTELONLINE after 14 days, are not returned in their original condition (including missing parts or otherwise in unsellable condition) or are returned without an RMA # you will be charged an additional restocking fee.

Undelivered Packages

Packages returned to our warehouse as undelivered by our shipping carrier and you do not wish to have the package resent to you, you will be refunded your total sales amount minus the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please contact customer service to arrange this. You will be charged any additional shipping charges required.

Returning An item

  1. Contact our customer service department to request your return authorization  form (RMA): 1-800-486-7442
  2. Fill out the RMA form completely including your reason for the return and fax this to your customer service representative.
  3. An RMA number will be issued to you upon receipt of this form.
  4. Pack your items for return shipping. Please use the original packaging and include all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Include your RMA form and your original receipt.
  5. Write your RMA# on the outside of the box in an easily seen location.
  6. If the return was our fault we will arrange pickup of the package. If this is not a result of iTELONLINE, you are responsible for shipping costs; we recommend shipping via UPS to allow for proper tracking of the return.


Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived at our warehouse and inspected to ensure original condition and all accessories have been included. The payment should arrive in your account within 7-14 business days after receipt of the package at our warehouse (please note: this does not include the time spent in transit to our warehouse).

Payments will be refunded using the same payment method with which you originally paid for the order.

Advance Replacements

iTELONLINE stands by the products we sell. If you have purchased a product from us and it has a warranty problem within 30 days of the purchase date, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. We will arrange return of the defective item, at our cost. To request a replacement, please contact us at 1-800-486-7442.

After 30 Days

If you have purchased an item from us over 30 days ago and it has a warranty problem, you must return the defective item back to us at your expense.  We will replace or repair the product and return it to you at no additional cost.

Your product will be inspected for a warranty seal. If your seal has been tampered with or is missing, you will be charged for any needed repairs as your warranty is void.

Please note: Prior to sending an advance replacement  your iTELONLINE representative will need your credit card information. This will be used as security to ensure return of the defective equipment.

If the defective item is not returned and received by iTELONLINE within 14 days from the delivery of your advance replacement, your credit card will be charged for the cost of the advance replacement including the shipping charges.
